HOW IT WORKS
BOOK A PERSONAL VIDEO APPOINTMENT VIA WHATSAPP
If you are based abroad, you can book a personal online video appointment with us via WhatsApp. During this video call, we will guide you step by step through designing your jacket and assist you with taking accurate measurements, just as we would in person.
SHARE YOUR IDEAS IN ADVANCE
Before the call, please send us your design ideas via WhatsApp at +31 6 43950748. This could include inspiration images of riding jackets or tailcoats you love, colour preferences, or specific details you have in mind. This allows us to prepare properly and have fabrics and design options ready in the right colour palette.
HAVE AN EXTRA PERSON AVAILABLE
It’s very helpful to have someone with you during the appointment who can assist with measuring. This ensures the most accurate results and the best possible fit.
PREPARE A MEASURING TAPE
For the appointment, you’ll need a measuring tape that measures in centimetres (cm).
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
After the video call, you will receive a payment link for the first 50% of the total amount to confirm your order. Once your jacket is finished, we will send you a second payment link for the remaining 50%, plus the shipping costs.
The average production time for a custom-made Navy & Tan jacket is 4–6 weeks, after which your jacket will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

The collar and accent fabrics
Navy & Tan works with three different types of fabrics for the collar, pockets, and the back strap of your riding jacket. You can choose from printed faux leather, suede, or satin.
Piping
To finish your jacket, we usually use satin piping, with one colour also available in faux leather. This piping is applied around the collar, along the pockets, and at the back of the jacket. You can also choose to add a subtle row of small crystals along the collar.
